STRENGTH

A 45 minute circuit-based workout that focuses on building strength & lean muscle. Each STRENGTH class will focus on a certain muscle group, it’s recommended at least 2 classes are attended a week.

 

These classes are suited for anyone & everyone. Our coaches are there to assist & ensure your performing any exercise with the correct form.

HIIT

H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) is a circuit of workouts split into time based intervals.

 

This class offers a great balance of both cardio and resistance training while completing a full body workout!

SPIN

Our spin classes are guaranteed to have you breaking a sweat and burning off 600+ calories in just one class!

A 45 minute spin bike class with great music and a fun vibe!

With a mix of fast paced and heavy resistance intervals, just 2 classes will have you hooked on the results.
